Photo Director Pro™ Uses Special Image Upload Technology Developed By and Unique To Photo Director Pro™ V6.0

Mass or bulk uploading of images as some software packages require you to do, means that none of the clever advantages outlined below can be achieved.

The Photo Director Pro™ Image Upload Wizard has been developed to allow you to upload images one at a time for the following reasons:

• The system maintains your Image Numbers that have been applied by you or your digital camera - extremely important for referencing online orders against filed images. You can keep your tried and trusted numbering and filing system.
• Exif data is extracted from the image during upload, so you and your customers can search by Camera, Date and Time shot and so on.
• The order of display will be controlled by the order in which you upload although this order can be manipulated by later.
• During the upload process the Photo Director Pro™ Image Upload Wizard creates a "thumbnail" and a large screen size version of your image and prepares it for quick loading and Internet presentation.
• If you opt for our "generic" copyright watermark overlay on your images, then this is automatically applied during uploading.
• No special controls (such as dangerous Active X) or other dangerous software needs to be installed or loaded onto your workstation or computer.
• Our Image Upload system works just as easily with either a Windows or Mac system.

It should always be remembered that the critical path or limiting factor in image uploads will be your Internet upload speed so uploading one image at a time will not necessarily be slower than a bulk upload.

Also, remember that an unskilled junior can upload images prepared as we recommend while you're out earning more revenue by shooting events.
